How can I make a payment?

We accept payments by bank transfer, credit card over the phone or via PayPal, cheque and cash in person. We can also send you PayPal invoices via email.

Payment Terms

All payments must be made in advance. We can give you the best prices this way.

Delivery

Delivery times on special  accordions made to order can be around ten weeks. It takes time to make a good accordion so please be patient. It's well worth waiting for!   Other items in stock can be delivered within 7 days. We use Royal Mair or other private couriers for deliveries.

Returns policy

We accept returns on unused items within 14 days. At our own discretion we may or may not accept returns on certain items such as accordions which have been made to order unless there is a manufacturing defect with the instrument. All new Vignoni Accordions are guaranteed for 3 years.
We don't accept returns on electronic equipment installed inside accordions unless there is a fault in which case they would be replaced.
In the unlikely event you have a problem with any of our products please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavor to rectify your problem.
